The comfortable resort is quietly located on the outskirts of Gargellen in Montafon at 1,500m above sea level, surrounded by a breathtaking mountain world. The mountain village is located at the end of an untouched high valley on the border with Switzerland, approx. 8km from St. Gallenkirch, and is easy to reach via a well-developed road. The majestic mountain peak of the Madrisa forms the end of the alpine valley. The town center of Gargellen with the nearest shops can be reached after approx. 1km. A pizzeria is right next to the resort.
The region has 1,400 km of marked hiking trails, 270 km of cycling, mountain bike or e-bike routes, climbing opportunities, mountain lakes, special offers such as geo-tracking, hiking buses, 2 golf courses and the Silvretta High Alpine Road. In addition to the sporting challenge, you will also find places of silence that open up new perspectives of consciousness.
Tip: Follow in the footsteps of the smugglers of yesteryear on a four-hour round trip and discover marmots, golden eagles, chamois or even an ibex.
Facilities
In addition to the residential units, the high-quality AlpinResortMontafon, which is equipped with every comfort, offers a lobby with a reception area with digital guest information and a bar/bistro, a mini shop with vending machines with various foods and drinks, as well as a lift and a parking space in the underground car park per apartment. Free WiFi is available throughout the facility.
Payable on site: dog EUR 45,- per week (also for shorter stays). Deposit EUR 300,- per stay. Children's package (crib with bed linen, hand & bath towel, high chair, children's bath): EUR 35,- per set. Local tax: EUR 2.50 per person/night from the age of 14.
Apartments
The 60 apartments, divided into 3 houses, invite you to feel good and relax. All apartments are equipped with high-quality interiors and have an atmospheric, multifunctional living and dining room with a comfortable seating/sleeping sofa, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with stove/ceramic hob and baking function, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and standard kitchen inventory, several bedrooms with double bed, bathroom with shower/toilet, flat screen TV, WiFi and furnished terrace or balcony. The intelligent room and equipment concept creates an optimal division of the living spaces and offers generous free space for comfortable hours.
WE (2-6): 3-room apartment type E/F, approx. 46-50m², living and dining room with comfortable seating/sleeping sofa for the 5th + 6th person, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double bed.
WZ (2-6): 3-room apartment type A, approx. 56m², living and dining room with comfortable seating/sleeping sofa for the 5th + 6th person and 2 comfortable armchairs, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double bed.
RV (2-6): 4-room apartment type I, approx. 73m², living and dining room, separate seating and dining area with large table, open kitchen, 3 bedrooms with double bed, 2 of them with directly accessible bathroom with shower /toilet and an extra bathroom with shower/toilet.
Electricity, water, heating and kitchen towels as well as dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll and toilet paper included.
