The 117 newly designed rooms and suites are comfortably furnished and radiate a homely, warm atmosphere. When preparing the food, the cooking is deliberately vital, without losing sight of the regional down-to-earth nature - true to the principle of slow balance food. Individual nutritional needs such as vegan nutrition or food intolerances of any kind are of course taken into account.
