Within walking distance of the historic old town, the "harry’s home Steyr" is the ideal starting point to explore the over 1,000 year old romantic city of Steyr. The hotel is located directly in City Point Steyr. You are very close to shopping fun, because with just a few steps you are in the city's most popular shopping and adventure center with a diverse mix of branches.
At the confluence of the two rivers Enns and Steyr, on the so-called Romantic Road, Steyr is embedded in a landscape that Franz Schubert “found beautiful beyond all terms”. Especially during the Advent season, Steyr, also known as the “Christkindlstadt”, is worth a visit. Since 1965 people have been making pilgrimages to the world-famous pilgrimage site of Christkindl, with the baroque church, the crib exhibitions and the Christmas post office, through which millions of Christmas greetings are sent every year.
