The wonderful nature and the enchanting backdrop of the Tyrolean mountains also await you in front of the hotel door. This makes the hotel an ideal starting point for activities in the region - in summer and winter.

"Living with style in a modern and cozy atmosphere" - this is how the 75 spacious rooms present themselves with marble bathrooms with bathtub or shower/toilet, hairdryer, rental bathrobe, telephone, multimedia satellite TV, minibar, safe and WiFi. In addition, all rooms have high-quality solid wood furniture and a balcony with a fabulous panoramic view of the Tyrolean mountains.
DS (2-2): Standard double room, 22-28m², view to the north or east side.
DK (2-3): Comfort double room, 26-30m², with additional sofa bed and view of the Tyrolean high plateau.
DU (2-4): Superior double room, 35-40m², with seating area and pull-out couch, kettle with coffee & tea set and south or west balcony with a view of the Tyrolean high plateau.
DX (1-1): Standard room for single use.
Meals
Rich breakfast buffet is available from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., or for late risers, an à la carte breakfast is available until 12:00 p.m. A homemade cake buffet is available in the afternoon. Guests booking the gourmet half-board option will enjoy a 4-course evening menu with a choice of three main courses (meat, fish, or vegetarian), including an appetizer, salad, and cheese buffet. Theme evenings are held weekly. Vegan dishes are available upon request and for an additional charge.
The hotel has been awarded the "Bewusst Tirol" (Conscious Tyrol) quality seal for its use of local food and products.

Winter fun
With 256 kilometers of groomed trails of all levels of difficulty, including night trails, the Seefeld region is considered the ideal center for cross-country skiing in Europe. The region has already received several awards for its unbeatable expertise in cross-country skiing. With around 26 kilometers of slopes, the Ski Arena in Seefeld also offers a fine range of alpine skiing for beginners, beginners and advanced skiers. The ski areas on the Seefeld high plateau are an experience, especially for families.
The free ski bus, which stops directly opposite the hotel, takes you quickly and comfortably to the Rosshütte valley station (approx. 1km) and to the next cross-country ski trail entrance (approx. 500m). The Geigenbühel children's and beginners' hill is located around 500m from the hotel.
If you want some peace and quiet away from the slopes, then a snowshoe hike is absolutely right for you. You can enjoy a perfect break in the mountains with idyllic hikes in the snow. Fast-paced tobogganing, ice skating and curling as well as romantic horse-drawn sleigh rides round off the winter offerings.

The "Garden of Eden & Spa" wellness area features a year-round heated outdoor pool (10x5m, 32°C) with whirlpool jets and indoor access, a steam room, a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, an infrared cabin, and a relaxation room with a tea bar and waterbeds for relaxation, as well as a unique panoramic outdoor sauna with a biotope and sun terrace in the heart of the Garden of Eden.
