With modern colors and a sporty, relaxed atmosphere, the passive house hotel, built according to sustainable principles, invites you to spend a relaxing and active winter holiday at the same time. The Explorer Lounge with seating areas, reception, breakfast area and a bar with delicious snacks and drinks invites you to relax and is the communicative center of the sports hotel. In addition, the Explorer Wall is located in the lounge - an interactive touchscreen with leisure activities, ski areas and tours in the region. Furthermore, the house has a reception, 2 conference rooms, elevator, a workbench for preparing the sports equipment, a ski cellar, washing machine and dryer as well as heated sports lockers for a fee. You can use Wi-Fi in the whole hotel for free.

The Explorer Hotel Kitzbühel is a perfect starting point to discover some of the largest ski areas in Tyrol: right next to the SkiStar St. Johann ski area and easy access to the top ski areas Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser, Kitzbühel and Fieberbrunn. The SkiStar/St. Johann has 43 kilometers of pistes and family-friendly descents. Reachable in just a few minutes by car: the Kitzbühel ski area with 170 kilometers of pistes and the legendary Streif. And if that's not enough for you, you can make a detour to the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental. It is considered one of the largest and most modern ski areas in the world.
The bus stop for the free ski bus, which takes you quickly and comfortably to the surrounding ski areas, is right next to the hotel.
Cross-country skiers can look forward to generous 250 km of cross-country trails. The most beautiful corners of the Kitzbühel Alps can be discovered on winter hikes or ski tours.
