The charming family business is embedded in the hotel's own vineyards and orchards and vegetable gardens in the middle of the beautiful Wachau.
Dürnstein with the famous ruins and the monastery can be reached after approx. 900m. The Wachau was declared a UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage Site in 2000. The Melk and Göttweig monasteries as well as the old town of Krems are among the cultural highlights of the region. The best way to explore the Wachau is by bike and enjoy the picturesque landscape along the Danube on one of the numerous cycle paths. On a leisurely boat trip, the most comfortable way to travel around the Wachau, you can experience the entire beauty of the region from the water. The Welterbesteig Wachau is a 180km long-distance hiking trail and leads along the most beautiful hiking trails through the Danube valley and the Wachau wine landscape.

In the stylish Genuss.Restaurant with a large sun terrace and new gazebo, you can enjoy regional delicacies combined with light, international SPA cuisine, prepared from fresh and seasonal products, some of which come from the hotel's own vegetable and fruit gardens. You can also choose from the entire range of the hotel's own quality winery, including fine schnapps and spirits from its own distillery. The 54 timeless country house rooms are divided into the main building rooms and 23 gourmet rooms in the middle wing of the hotel. All rooms have a bathroom with bathtub or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, telephone, satellite TV, minibar (only in the middle wing), safe, WiFi and most have a balcony.
DK (2-3): Federspiel double room in the main building, approx. 22m², south-facing, some with balcony, minibar on request.
