The hotel is located in the south-eastern part of Slovenia, not far from the Austrian border. The 18-hole Livada golf course and the town center can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot.
Moravske Toplice enchants visitors at first sight with its beautiful location between flat land and gently rolling hills. In addition to the golf course, there are well-kept tennis courts, volleyball, handball, basketball, football, badminton and sand tennis courts as well as a jogging trail and Nordic walking trails. Numerous well-developed cycle paths lead through the Prekmurje plains and into the gently hilly vineyards of the region. The well-known wine routes invite you to enjoy the fine Slovenian wines and culinary delights.
Facilities
The quality hotel derives its name from the local grain "ajda" (buckwheat), which is an important part of the hotel and creates an atmosphere of elegance and harmony throughout the hotel.
The fully air-conditioned hotel welcomes you with a friendly lobby area with reception and internet corner, a shop and an aperitif bar. The buffet restaurant with a large terrace serves international cuisine and typical regional dishes as well as a large selection of fine Slovenian and international wines. There is a lift and free parking. Pets are not allowed. WiFi is free throughout the hotel.

The 157 bright rooms are furnished with warm natural materials and have a bathroom with bathtub or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, air conditioning, minibar, safe, WiFi and balcony with a view of the park. A special feature are the pillows filled with buckwheat husks for a restful sleep.

Golf
The Livada golf course, suitable for beginners and experienced golfers, has 18 playing fields and covers over 50 hectares. It is a nature reserve that surrounds the Terme 3000 - Moravske Toplice tourist complex. Ambitious golfers are faced with various water hazards, wide clearings, interestingly designed green areas and challenging grass areas. At the practice course, you can practice your short game (pitch & putt) on the practice green (putting green) and on the green area with sand hazards (chipping green). Golf carts and golf equipment can be rented. Golf courses are offered at the golf school.

Wellness
In addition to a large thermal indoor and thermal outdoor pool, the hotel's thermal spa offers two massage pools, an indoor and outdoor pool with black thermal mineral water, a children's pool with play equipment, an outdoor children's pool with a water slide and cozy relaxation areas with aromatherapy and sun loungers with buckwheat pillows. Sauna lovers can choose between 2 Finnish and 2 Turkish saunas, an infrared sauna with Prekmurje herbs and a laconium sauna.
Thermal Bath
The hotel is connected to Terme 3000 by a bathrobe corridor. Use is included in the room price for hotel guests all day from the day of arrival to the day of departure.
The black thermal mineral water from Terme 3000 is the warmest in Slovenia. Bathing in this water has a positive effect on the whole body.
With a water surface of over 3,100m² and 11 different indoor and outdoor pools filled with natural black thermal mineral water or filtered thermal water, no wish is left unfulfilled here. Attractions such as whitewater channels, water and air loungers, geysers, waterfalls, water massages, counter-current systems and whirlpools offer a varied bathing experience. A highlight is the diving tower and a 22m high tower with several water slides, including a 140m long and a 170m long tube slide with light and sound effects, a kamikaze slide with free fall, a looping slide with a 360° turn and NEW an adrenaline slide and the family-friendly "unicorn descent". A children's pool with a water slide offers fun and games for the little ones too. The water park is only open in the summer months. The sauna area with Finnish sauna, infrared sauna and steam bath can be used for an additional charge. A rich culinary offering as well as indoor and outdoor lounge areas round off the offer.
Spa Treatments
Two wellness centers at Terme 3000 ensure your well-being: the Wellness Thermalium with Prekmurje treatments and modern medico-wellness services based on the healing properties of black thermal mineral water and inspired by the power of nature, and the Thai center Livada. Let yourself be pampered with classic, themed and aromatic massages with oils from Prekmurje herbs, mud packs, exclusive facial and décolleté care, classic beauty treatments including manicure and pedicure, anti-cellulite treatments, and natural thermal baths and aromatic baths. The exclusive Thai center Livada offers traditional Thai massages, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massages, anti-cellulite massages, aromatic massages with herbs, oils or milk, anti-stress massages, massages for pregnant women and spa rituals.
Health Treatments
The beneficial black thermal mineral water also forms the basis for numerous therapies in the Terme 3000 health center. It improves blood circulation and elasticity of soft tissues and reduces muscle tension. Bathing in this water therefore reduces pain and improves joint flexibility, especially in combination with physiotherapy, and is used primarily to treat problems of the musculoskeletal system and rheumatic diseases. The range of treatments extends from thermotherapies with paraffin and mud packs to hydrotherapy, kinesiotherapy, electro- and mechanotherapy, inhalations and acupuncture, as well as anti-stress, rheumatism, osteoporosis, slimming and pain programs. Due to the high concentration of healing active ingredients that have a positive effect on health, it is rightly called black gold.
