At the foot of the Gerlos Pass and at the same time at the gateway to the Hohe Tauern National Park is the family-friendly Hotel Krimmler Falls, in the middle of the historic town center and in the immediate vicinity of the "WasserWelten Krimml", a modern visitor center on the subject of water with a wonderful view of the gigantic natural spectacle of the famous Krimml Waterfalls .
The Krimmler Falls are not only a wonderful natural spectacle, but also have healing powers. Even a 30-minute stay at the waterfall every day can bring about noticeable relief from asthma and lung diseases. This insight proves what many have known for a long time, that a holiday in Krimml has a positive effect!

Equipped with a reception area with reception, spacious dining room, cozy house bar and café, restaurant with Pinzgau specialties, 2 seminar rooms and a ski and boot room with ski boot dryer, the hotel presents itself as traditional and contemporary at the same time. Elevator and free parking available. WiFi is available throughout the hotel and free of charge. Pets are not allowed.

The 52 individually designed rooms and apartments are bright and friendly, furnished with lots of wood and have a bathroom with bathtub or shower, toilet, hairdryer, radio, satellite TV, WiFi and most have a balcony with a wonderful panoramic view.
DO (2-2): Double room, special price, approx. 18m², limited availability.
DS (2-2): Almrausch double room, approx. 22m², with balcony.
DF (2-4): Almrausch family double room, approx. 30m², with 1-2 extra beds and some with balcony.
ES (1-1): Single room, 16m², some with balcony.
Health rooms for asthmatics and allergy sufferers can be booked on request.
Meals
Half-board: breakfast buffet with organic corner, homemade bread and fresh milk, in the evening 4-course menu with choice and salad buffet. 1 x weekly strudel afternoon (Wednesday). 1-2 x weekly buffet evening. Christmas menu and New Year's Eve gala menu/buffet included. Allergy-friendly kitchen on request.
When preparing the dishes, products from our own farm and butcher's shop or friendly farmers are used for the most part.
Optionally, you can book with breakfast only.

Winter fun
The Zillertal Arena is the largest ski area in the Zillertal and stretches from Zell im Zillertal via Gerlos to Wald-Königsleiten and Krimml-Hochkrimml. On the 139 kilometers of pistes and 51 state-of-the-art lifts, skiers and snowboarders will find a wide range for all skill levels. The impressive high plateau in Hochkrimml (Gerlosplatte) offers unlimited skiing fun, especially for families. Fantastic descents, a fun park, the spacious fairytale meadow and a hospitable atmosphere characterize the Hochkrimml ski area.
The free ski bus takes you to the ski areas of the Zillertal Arena and the Skiarena Wildkogel within 15 minutes several times a day (journey times according to the current timetable). A ski bus stop and a practice slope are located directly at the hotel. Access to the next cross-country trail is about 1.5km away.
You can experience winter magic outside of the ski circuit with winter and snowshoe hikes, tobogganing or a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride. Traditional curling also ensures hours of fun and variety away from the slopes. A curling rink is located directly at the hotel. A special natural spectacle awaits you on the winter hiking trail to the Krimml Waterfalls.
