Rooms
Cozy comfort and a touch of luxury: The 81 rooms, furnished in light wood and in the unmistakable style of the Tyrolean mountains, exude a sense of well-being. All units feature a bathroom with bathtub or shower/WC, hairdryer, wellness basket with bathrobe, telephone, radio, digital satellite TV, safe, Wi-Fi, and balcony.
DK (2-3): Comfort double room, approx. 26m², with shower/WC.
DD (2-4): Deluxe double room, approx. 40m², living/bedroom with double pull-out couch.
EK (1-1): Comfort single room, 20-23m².
Meals
Pampering board: extensive breakfast buffet with vitamin corner and breakfast chef for fresh egg dishes until 10:30 a.m. or a late riser breakfast à la carte until 11:30 a.m., 5-course evening menu with a salad buffet and cheese selection. Skier's snacks – sweet & savory – and a hot dish are served 6 times a week from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., and a strudel buffet is served once a week. Weekly specials from the buffet or gala menu are available. White sausage breakfast is served on Sundays until 11:30 a.m. Christmas and New Year's Eve menus are included.
Special dietary requirements – from lactose- and gluten-free diets to plant-based, wholesome cuisine (v) – are gladly accommodated upon request and prior arrangement.

Winter fun
Good snow conditions all winter long, no overcrowded slopes and no queues at the lifts - the small but beautiful Karwendel / "Zwölferkopf" ski area offers winter fun without any stress. Families in particular appreciate this jewel among the ski areas, which impresses with its quality and atmosphere. The 12 kilometers of slopes offer both beginners and experts everything their hearts desire.
With the free ski bus or within just 10 minutes on foot you can reach the Karwendel mountain railway, which takes you quickly and comfortably to the Zwölferkopf with slopes on the most beautiful sunny slopes of the Karwendel. Only about 300m from the hotel is a children's ski slope with a Bobo ski kindergarten. Access to the cross-country ski trail with over 200km of trails of varying difficulty levels and a ski bus stop are located directly at the hotel.
During a walk through the freshly snow-covered forest, a romantic carriage ride into the Karwendel valleys, a fast-paced toboggan ride or an idyllic winter hike into the Karwendel valleys, you will inevitably feel like you have been transported to a winter fairy tale. The Zwölferkopf toboggan run, which is over 4km long, promises fun and action for the whole family.

The state-of-the-art "Vitarena Panorama SPA" wellness area offers pure relaxation on 1,300 m² with stunning lake views – including from the sauna cabins, a large indoor pool with a waterfall and massage loungers (approx. 32°C), a separate hot whirlpool (37°C), a year-round heated outdoor pool with indoor access, a pine relaxation room with waterbeds, a panoramic relaxation room with high-quality relaxation loungers, and a Vitarena SPA Lounge. The spacious sauna area with a lake view includes an organic pine sauna, a panoramic sauna, a steam bath, a caldarium, a Kneipp zone, and two separate relaxation rooms – a panoramic relaxation room with lake and mountain views, and a quiet room with private relaxation lounges and waterbeds.
