The comfortable 4* hotel is located directly on the main promenade of Portorož, in the hotel and thermal complex LifeClass Hotels & Resorts Portorož. The resort's own Meduza beach is only separated from the hotel by the inviting promenade and a street and is characterized by its excellent location and excellent range of services. Numerous cafes, restaurants and shops as well as the Portorož Casino are in the immediate vicinity.
Portorož has been known as a health resort for many years - an ideal place for rest and relaxation, wellness and thermal spa holidays. You can also take a romantic walk along the promenade to Piran, one of the most photogenic cities on the Mediterranean with incomparable charm. The Parenzana cycle path along the historic railway line is in the immediate vicinity.
Facilities
The elegant hotel, which was completely renovated in winter 2023/24, welcomes you with a lobby with reception, a casino and various shops. The newly designed, spacious hotel restaurant with a terrace by the sea offers you a rich self-service buffet with delicacies from Mediterranean and international cuisine. In the unique ambience of the Mystica terrace with a beautiful view of the Bay of Piran or in the elegant ambience of the newly designed Riviera Bar, you can enjoy unique moments with a large selection of cold and hot drinks. The private Meduza beach (open from June 15th to September 15th) as well as a beach restaurant and a bar are located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel and can be used throughout your stay (loungers and parasols for a fee). There is an elevator in the building. WiFi is free of charge throughout the hotel.

The 183 completely renovated rooms in Mediterranean style offer modern and elegant furnishings as well as an idyllic view of the Adriatic Sea. Each room has a bathroom with bathtub or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, LCD TV, safe, minibar, desk and WiFi as well as a loaner bathrobe (in high season for a fee) for the duration of your stay.

Wellness
The Hotel Riviera features a 650m² swimming pool with heated sea water (closed from January 1st to April 26th & November 5th to December 22nd) with various water effects and underwater massages as well as a Finnish sauna.
Two indoor swimming pools, a children's pool and two massage pools combine with the outdoor swimming pool and the large sun terrace with a view of the sea for pure swimming pleasure in the summer months. The swimming pools with thermo-mineral water (closed from July 1st to July 14th) are located in the Terme & Wellness LifeClass Center and offer underwater massages, waterfalls and a whirlpool. From spring to late autumn you can enjoy an excellent view of the sea on the large sun terrace.
The unique sauna park in the Terme & Wellness LifeClass Center (from 16 years, closed from July 1st to July 31st) on 1,000m² with 7 different saunas, including Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, tepidarium, laconium and salt sauna, Kneipp stream, chromotherapy and ice cave can be paid for can be used at an additional cost.
Spa Treatments
For a fee: experience the perfect harmony of body and soul in the Wellness LifeClass Center with an extensive range of wellness, beauty and health services. The Wai Thai Center is a unique center for traditional Thai massage and natural facial and body care carried out by professional therapists and beauticians. The beauty center offers a varied program of beauty treatments for the face and body that rejuvenate and shape the body using the latest technology and professional treatment.
Health Treatments
For a fee: in the Shakti Ayurveda Center, various Ayurveda treatments are carried out by certified therapists from India as well as by professional Ayurveda therapists. The Thalasso Center offers a wide range of "thalassotherapies". The use of local, health-promoting marine products such as fango, brine water, Piran salt, algae, pure sea water and also the climate make the therapies and treatments at the Thalasso Center unique in Slovenia. Specialized and experienced doctors will help you choose the various therapies.
Children
LifeClass Summer Mini Club in July & August with culinary and creative workshops, water games, face painting and a mini disco in the evenings, expanded playground with various play areas on the resort's own Meduza Beach.
LifeClass Halloween Mini Club during the fall holidays with creative workshop, pumpkin games and Halloween party on 31.10.
Fairytale LifeClass Christmas and New Year Mini Club from 23.12.-2.1. with fairytale workshop making Christmas decorations and greeting cards, festive games, a visit from Santa Claus and a mini New Year's Eve party.
The Mini Club for children aged 4-12 is located on Meduza Beach in summer and in the Hotel Apollo in bad weather and in autumn and winter.
