The hotel bar by the open fireplace in the middle of the cozy hotel lobby is the sociable meeting place for coffee or to end the day. 5 modern seminar rooms, a ski room, elevator and free parking/garage spaces round off the hotel's offerings. WiFi is free in the lobby and in the room.

The 71 rooms and suites are furnished in a friendly, modern design and offer the perfect ambience for relaxing and cuddling with a bathtub and / or shower, toilet, hairdryer, rental bathrobe and slippers, telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar, WiFi and balcony.

Feel-good half board: rich breakfast buffet with cereal corner and tea bar until 10.30 a.m. or until 11 a.m. on weekends and public holidays, late riser breakfast in the room until 12 p.m., afternoon snack from 2.30 p.m. to 5 p.m. with savory dishes and homemade cakes or strudel at the hotel bar, varied 4-course menus in the evening with salad buffet and themed starter and dessert buffet. Daily cheese buffet with local cheeses. Champagne breakfast with salmon on Saturdays and Sundays. Evening buffet on Fridays. Candlelight dinner on Saturday. Christmas menu included.

Winter fun
In winter, the area around the Schneeberg turns into a paradise for all those who love fresh air and exercise. The four-seater chairlift in the Losenheim district takes you safely and comfortably to 1,210 m above sea level in just a few minutes. The mountain station is the ideal starting point for wonderful winter hikes or descents in open terrain. When there is enough snow, skiers and snowboarders have two sporty ski routes at their disposal. While you enjoy making your turns here, you can also enjoy the impressive panorama of the surrounding winter mountains. Tourers and snowshoe hikers also get their money's worth in the winter sports paradise of Losenheim. In the family ski park, you can expect a drag lift with 3 slopes and a ski route, a children's area with 2 magic carpets including a mat ski slope for winter fun regardless of the snow conditions, a ski school and a ski/snowboard rental. The hotel's own free shuttle bus takes you daily to the winter sports paradise of Losenheim, about 6 km away, and to the Schneeberg chairlift, and back again. Around Puchberg, numerous winter hiking trails and cross-country ski runs of 3 km and 5 km respectively offer a healthy balance to everyday life.
