With the all-inclusive non-alcoholic soft drink option, non-alcoholic brand-name soft drinks from the beverage station, as well as top-quality coffee and tea specialties from the buffet until 11:00 p.m., are included.
Christmas Eve with a festive menu, New Year's Eve with a gala dinner, dancing, and a midnight snack, as well as the Shrove Monday buffet, are also included.

Winter fun
The Gastein Valley offers four ski areas with more than 200 km of groomed slopes of all difficulty levels. From family-friendly runs to challenging high-alpine slopes, winter sports enthusiasts can experience the full diversity of Ski amadé.
From Sunday to Friday, the hotel's private ski shuttle takes you to the Schlossalmbahn-Stubnerkogel ski area in just 8 minutes in the morning and picks you up again in the afternoon. You can find the exact times on the timetable at the hotel. The nearest cross-country ski trail is about 5 km away. Well-maintained winter hiking trails pass directly by the hotel. Ski pass service is available at reception.

Experience the unique power of Gastein's thermal waters in the indoor thermal pool (approx. 29°C), winter garden with panoramic views, and two outdoor pools (approx. 33°C). The "Chat Pool" is a meeting place for the whole family, while the "Classic Pool" is reserved for adults and teenagers aged 14 and over. The spacious sauna area (for guests aged 14 and over) features a Finnish sauna, designer steam room, infrared sauna with chromotherapy, and luxurious relaxation rooms with waterbeds and floating loungers, offering ample space to unwind and recharge.

Children
The centerpiece of our family offerings is Austria's largest indoor play and activity area, spanning 1,700 m². Here, a trampoline park, fairytale castle, spectacular climbing bridge, bouncy castle, giant wave slide, bouldering wall, and many other attractions await adventurers of all ages.
From Monday to Friday, the hotel offers professional, age-appropriate childcare for children aged 3 and up. This is complemented by an attractive youth program with approximately 30 hours per week, some activities for a small fee. Teens have access to a youth room, table tennis, a pinball lounge, a cinema and music club, and numerous sports and games.
Families benefit from a program that gives children space for adventure and allows parents valuable time for relaxation, sports, or spending quality time together.
