A summer in the Carinthian Nockberge means switching off, breathing deeply and enjoying the fresh Alpine air. The region stands for well-being in nature, fun in exercise and moments of enjoyment with regional food. Wonderful hiking routes with themed and adventure trails for young and old await you right on your doorstep. Natural monuments, fantastic views and historical ruins make the Nockberge Biosphere Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, an unforgettable experience. But the Nockberge are much more than lush green: it is a lake landscape in which clear water flows through streams and rivers, rushes through small waterfalls and rests in cold mountain lakes. The beautiful Sirnitz natural swimming pond is approx. 10km away and, with its crystal-clear mountain water, invites you to splash around or relax on the lawn. Funny stations convey a lot of knowledge about nature and the environment. Popular excursion destinations such as the “Silva Magica”, a mystical forest with artistically designed natural creatures, the Nocky-Flitzer or the thermal baths in Bad Kleinkirchheim can also be reached in a very short time. In the evening it gets exciting again, because little scattered light creates a sensationally sparkling starry sky.

The family-friendly JUFA Hotel Nockberge combines traditional cosiness with modern comfort and offers a variety of amenities. Away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, the house has a reception area with reception, a café-restaurant with regional delicacies, a pine parlor with a panoramic fireplace and a sun terrace as well as a seminar and lounge room. Elevator, free parking spaces depending on availability directly at the house and electric charging station (chargeable) are available. You can use Wi-Fi in the whole hotel for free.

Rooms
The 36 comfortable rooms, divided into the main building and 3 annexes, are bright and friendly furnished and have a bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer, satellite TV, safe, WiFi and most have a balcony as well as comfortable beds made of pine wood.
DS (2-2): Double room, approx. 18m², double bed or 2 single beds.
DF (4-4): Family room, approx. 20m², double bed or 2 single beds and additional sleeping options for 2 people.

Breakfast buffet with many regional products.
When booking half board, a 3-course menu in buffet form in the evening with 2 soups, main course - vegetarian and meat dish, fresh salads and dessert or (if occupancy is low) served 3-course menu.
