The 4*-Hotel Carbona Thermal Spa is surrounded by a wonderful 4.5 hectare park and is still located right in the city center of Hévíz. The world-famous natural thermal lake is only 500m away. In summer the healing water lake of Hévíz is usually 33 to 35°C, in winter it is never less than 22°C. Lake Balaton is only 10km away.
The charming thermal town of Hévíz is nestled between enchanting vineyards in the middle of a beautiful hilly landscape. The landscape around Hévíz offers numerous excursion destinations for young and old. Discover the cultural heritage, the untouched nature and the unique welcoming culture of the locals on a leisurely bike tour. The unique natural paradise of the Kis Balaton National Park, where you can observe countless bird species as well as water buffalo, can be reached within a short time. A trip to the Balaton Uplands, one of the most beautiful landscapes in Central Europe, nestled between rolling hills, is always a special experience.

The award-winning spa and wellness hotel welcomes you in a relaxed atmosphere with spacious rooms, tailor-made offers and the most modern services. In the Attila restaurant with winter garden and wine cellar, you can enjoy regional and international delicacies as well as the finest vegetarian specialties and specialties from the traditional cuisine in a family atmosphere. In the central area of the hotel, around the old plane tree, is the atmospheric, light-flooded Platán Café & Juice Bar with terrace and a range of freshly squeezed juices, cocktails, tea & coffee specialties as well as homemade cakes and snacks. The Carolina Bar is the perfect place to end the evening in an atmospheric way. The Neptun pool bar in the bathing area tempts you during the day with light wellness snacks and salads. A ballroom and 2 event rooms can accommodate up to 300 people. There is a lift and free WiFi throughout the hotel.

Wellness
The hotel's own thermal bathing and sauna area with 1,000m² of water surface, divided into 3 bathing areas with a total of 9 pools, offers pure relaxation. An impressive indoor pool (25x12.5m) directly connected to one of the most beautiful Hungarian adventure outdoor pools with a whirlpool and bubble loungers, massage jets, water slide and paddling pool for children, a junior pool (only in summer) and a wellness pool with massage jets leave nothing to be desired. In addition to high-class wellness services, the completely renovated sauna oasis offers a Finnish sauna, aroma sauna, salt infrared cabin, steam bath, tepidarium, ice chamber, organic textile sauna for families and a plunge pool. The highlight of the hotel is the luxurious thermal bath built in Roman style with a healing water pool (38°C), thermal water pool (36°C), 2 whirlpools, relaxation room and Kneipp pool. The pools in the thermal bath are fed with Hévíz healing water from the hotel's own spring.

For a fee: In the hotel's own beauty department with L'Oreal hairdresser, you can choose from various massages and wellness programs or relax with classic beauty treatments. These treatments, which promote natural and healthy beauty using organic seaweed and biotechnological cosmetic products, not only ensure radiantly beautiful skin but also soothe the soul. Treatments include dermatological diagnostics using state-of-the-art equipment, mesotherapy, aromatherapy, Thalion body contouring treatments, anti-aging treatments, classic, Far Eastern, and aroma massages, lava stone massages, refreshing foot massages, as well as Sensolite, Celluloderm, and Vacustyling. Medical aesthetic treatments are also offered, performed by an experienced specialist using the latest technology and carefully selected, high-quality active ingredients.
Health Treatments
For a fee: the Hotel Carbona Thermal Spa combines time-honored tradition with modern methods, offering the ideal setting for sustainable health care and profound regeneration. A central component is the traditional Hévíz cure, based on the healing properties of the world-famous thermal water, which has provided relief from joint and spinal problems for centuries. Supervised by experienced physicians and therapists, each cure is individually tailored to your health condition. The program includes medical examinations, electrotherapy, hydrotherapy, oxygen and cryotherapy, carbonic acid baths, sulfur and mud packs, and healing massages and baths. Modern procedures such as the Sensolite full-body treatment with polarized light and targeted movement therapies are also part of the program. The classic spa offering is rounded out by thalassotherapy with baths, peels and wraps, Ayurvedic treatments, drinking and fasting cures, and a variety of exercise and meditation programs.
