The finely coordinated products of the Dr. Grandel natural cosmetics line form the basis of the cosmetic treatments and soothing skin care programs. The offer includes facial and beauty treatments, foot care, manicure and pedicure, body treatments and full-body peelings with valuable argan oil, as well as hot chocolate, Tai Chi and Ayus Lomi, body wrapping, a hair salon and various wellness packages. Massages such as relaxation massage with essential oils, hot stone massage, head and neck massage, manual lymphatic drainage, anti-cellulite massage, Breuss back massage, sound massage with Tibetan singing bowls and cranio-sacral balance complete the range.

A special form of therapy in thermal water is the spinal extension treatment (hydroextension) developed in Bad Tatzmannsdorf.
