The Seevilla Freiberg is in a unique location directly on the lake, about a 10-minute walk from the center and the Zeller mountain railways. The lake promenade, which runs past the hotel, is the ideal starting point to reach the city center on foot in just a few minutes or for a walk along Lake Zell.

Inside you can expect an innovative and cozy bar and lobby area with reception, a café with Viennese coffee house culture, a lakeside terrace with a fascinating view of the "Steinernes Meer" and the traditional Salzburger Stube with an open fireplace. You can experience excellent cuisine and gastronomic diversity in the à la carte restaurant "Freiberg" - stylish ambience and a breathtaking view of Lake Zell included. A heated ski room with ski boot dryer, lift and free parking spaces at the house, subject to availability, round off the offer. WiFi is available free of charge throughout the hotel. Pets are not allowed.

The 40 comfortable panoramic rooms have a bathroom with bath or shower, toilet, hair dryer, bathrobe and slippers, telephone, cable TV, Wi-Fi and balcony. All rooms are furnished to the highest quality and offer a wonderful view of Lake Zell.

Meals
Half board: rich breakfast buffet from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., cozy skier's snack - sweet or sour in the afternoon from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., 4-course menu with a choice of salad buffet in the evening.
Optionally you can also book with breakfast only.
Winter fun
408 perfectly groomed kilometers of slopes and 121 lifts including a glacier ski area - with just one ski pass, the new Ski ALPIN CARD, you can experience the diverse slopes at the Kitzsteinhorn Kaprun glacier ski area, the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See and the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn. The “Schmittenhöhe”, Zell's local mountain, impresses with its modern lifts, 77 kilometers of pistes with different levels of difficulty for beginners and advanced skiers and its numerous huts for a successful stop. But the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area in Kaprun with 41 kilometers of slopes, varied routes for freeriders, 3 snow parks and Austria's largest superpipe for freestylers is also within reach. The Schmittenhöhe is directly connected via zellamseeXpress to the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, which with its 270 kilometers of slopes, freeride slopes, numerous snow parks and inviting ski huts is an Eldorado for skiers of all levels.
Only an 8-10 minute walk separates you from the Zeller Bergbahnen with direct access to the Schmittenhöhe ski area. The free shuttle bus takes you three times a day to the Zeller Bergbahnen in the morning and back again in the afternoon. You can also reach the glacier ski area in Kaprun in no time with the free ski bus. A ski bus stop is only 200m away. The entrance to the 200km long cross-country ski trail network is located directly at the hotel.
The snow-covered winter landscape also invites you to go for walks, winter hikes, sleigh rides, but also ice skating and curling on the frozen Lake Zell.
Wellness
The wellness & spa area with Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, caldarium, steam bath, infrared cabin, Kneipp treading pool, relaxation room with lake view and open-air area with direct lake access is available to you daily from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. You can do your daily workout in the fitness room with strength and endurance equipment.
