GAMS KULINARIK Gourmet half board in the Hotel Der Stubaierhof (approx. 300m away): healthy, rich and varied breakfast buffet with organic corner, tea bar and products from local farmers, homemade cakes and strudel in the café room in the afternoon from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., in the evening 5 to 6-course menu from the chamois habitat with a large salad buffet as well as light, vegetarian and vital dishes to choose from. Weekly themed buffet, Tyrolean evening and “rustic and authentic” – old Stubai cuisine. Fresh fruit, tea and mountain spring water all day long at the feel-good bar in the wellness area. Christmas menu included.
Gams Natural cuisine – 100% chamois habitat: The Stubaierhof only uses the highest quality ingredients from the chamois’ habitat in the kitchen. Care is taken to purchase regional products from local retailers and consciously avoid artificial flavor enhancers as well as convenience and ready-made products. In addition, seasonal offerings of fresh fruit and vegetables are available.
If you have food intolerances or special diets, the kitchen team will prepare a personally tailored menu for you.
Optionally you can also book with breakfast only or without meals (except Christmas/New Year's Eve).

Winter fun
With four ski areas and an impressive 109 kilometers of pistes, the Stubai offers opportunities for ski beginners through to ski pros. While you enjoy unlimited skiing fun on the Stubai Glacier, Austria's largest glacier ski area, a family atmosphere and slopes for young and old await you in the Schlick 2000 ski center. Beginners are in good hands in the Serlesbahnen ski area and the steep slopes of the Elfer lifts directly opposite the Stubaierhof make even experienced skiers sweat.
Only a few steps separate you from the 11er lifts, Neustift's local mountain with 4 lifts and 7 kilometers of slopes. The free ski bus takes you quickly and comfortably to all other ski areas in the Stubai Valley as well as to the Stubai Glacier. A ski bus stop is only 30m away. The cross-country ski trail leads right past the hotel. There is a ski rental shop next to the Hotel Der Stubaierhof (approx. 300m away). The ski instructor comes to the hotel once a week for information. Ski pass service is offered at the hotel reception.
It doesn't matter whether it's night-time tobogganing, snowshoe or torch-lit hikes or sociable rounds in rustic huts - the Stubaital is also recommended for your off-piste skiing holiday. Action and adventure fans are also catered for in the Stubai Valley with paragliding flights over snow-covered landscapes or snowboarding in the fun park.
