GAMS CUISINE Gourmet half board in the Hotel Der Stubaierhof (approx. 300m away): healthy, rich and varied breakfast buffet with organic corner, tea bar and products from local farmers, homemade cakes and strudel in the café room in the afternoon from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., in the evening 5 to 6-course menu from the chamois habitat with a large salad buffet as well as light, vegetarian and vital dishes to choose from. Weekly themed buffet, Tyrolean evening and “rustic and authentic” – old Stubai cuisine. Fresh fruit, tea and mountain spring water all day long at the feel-good bar in the wellness area.
Gams Natural cuisine – 100% chamois habitat: the Stubaierhof only uses the highest quality ingredients from the chamois’ habitat in the kitchen. Care is taken to purchase regional products from local retailers and consciously avoid artificial flavor enhancers as well as convenience and ready-made products. In addition, seasonal offerings of fresh fruit and vegetables are available.
If you have food intolerances or special diets, the kitchen team will prepare a personally tailored menu for you.
Activities
