Embedded in the wide hilly landscape of the "Thermen- & Vulkanland Steiermark" and surrounded by fields and meadows, green roofs, round shapes and facades as well as colors that are reminiscent of rainbows combine to create a living work of art. In the spirit of the artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser: "Living in harmony with nature". The Rogner Bad Blumau is also affectionately called “hill meadowland” – an apt description for the wonderful complex full of oases of peace.
Tip: Take a walk through the region and visit the hotel's symbiotic agriculture, where chickens and sheep live together. You will also find a powerful Celtic tree circle here.
Facilities
The Rogner Bad Blumau is laid out in different quarters, with the ring-shaped indoor thermal baths forming the center. The unequal living, bathing and restaurant areas branch out from the center into the open landscape and have a hotel and spa reception, several restaurants and bars with regional and organic products from local farmers, including the buffet restaurant with pool terrace, the à la steak carte restaurant "GenussReich" by the romantic water lily pond, the thermal baths restaurant with a newly designed winter garden, "Die Speis" - café and shop, the Vulkania lounge, a wine bar, a sauna bar and a hotel bar with a fireplace lounge. The complex is surrounded by one of the most unusual park landscapes in Europe. The hotel also offers seminar rooms for up to 250 people. WiFi is free in public areas.

The rooms, studios and suites are equipped with solid wood furniture and parquet floors, bathtub or shower/toilet, hairdryer, bathrobe and bath towel hire, air conditioning, telephone, radio, satellite TV, safe, minibar and WiFi and are located in the main building, brick building, art building and Stone house with direct access to the thermal, sauna and restaurant area. All residential units in the brick, art and main building were designed in line with the philosophy of the house "Living in harmony with nature".

Meals
Half board: breakfast buffet in the "Lebensfroh" restaurant until 10:30 a.m. or late riser breakfast in a bathrobe in the "Obendrauf" restaurant until 12:00 p.m., dinner from the buffet or à la carte for an additional charge and subject to availability. Vegetarian options and a daily changing vegan 4-course menu are also offered.
Special meals for allergies, food intolerances such as lactose and gluten intolerance as well as special eating habits are possible on request and with advance order.

Thermal Bath
The use of the unique thermal and sauna area is included in the room price from the day of arrival at 9 a.m. to the day of departure at 11 a.m. The use of the thermal water pools and the Vulkania healing lake is not recommended for babies and small children under 6 years of age.
The center of the complex is the bathing and thermal spa area with around 3,085m² of water area. 14 comfortably warm indoor and outdoor thermal pools from two completely different healing springs - Melchior, the gentle one (34-36° C) and Vulkania®, the strong one (36-38° C), fresh water, wave and children's pools, whirlpools, 25m sports pool according to FINA regulations, underwater music and floor bubbles make you forget the hectic pace and stress.
The Vulkania® healing spring comes from a depth of 2,843m with a temperature of 110°C and is the most heavily mineralized spring in the “Thermenland Steiermark” (17,621.1 mg/kg). The water from the Vulkania® feeds the Vulkania® healing lake, which consists of two healing water basins designed like ponds. One of the pools is cooled to around 27°C in summer. The Vulkania®'s outdoor pools are surrounded by the Garden of the 4 Elements, which offers enough space for privacy with its 30,000m² of relaxation area and lawns with hammocks.
The spacious sauna area (from 16 years) impresses with a Finnish outdoor sauna, garden sauna, rock sauna, Roman sweat bath, Turkish steam bath, organic and herbal sanarium, aroma room with Aquaviva whirlpool and cold water pool, guided relaxation in the organic sanarium and Qi Gong in the Roman sweat bath. In addition, various rituals, meditations and special infusions with fruit and flower essences as well as the Styrian infusion ensure tingling enjoyment.
Spa Treatments
For a fee: take time for your beauty. Facial and body treatments with high-quality natural products from Farfalla and Pharmos Natur, manicures and pedicures, classic massages and special massages such as anti-stress head, shoulder and neck massage, herbal stamp, aroma candle and hot stone massage, detox, peelings and packs, anti-cellulite wraps, undopathy – a special treatment method on a vibration table, deep relaxation in the AlphaSphere, body wraps in the water floating bed, hammam and couples treatments are available. A gentle, highly effective and all-natural organic care series with Vulkania® healing water was exclusively developed. In the 420m² “HimmelReich” relaxation room, exclusive boxes for two and individual boxes with cozy loungers offer plenty of space for dreaming and sleeping.
Health Treatments
For a fee: 15 therapists take care of your wellbeing in the health center. In addition to classic massages, back massages according to Breuss, gentle manual therapy according to Dorn, Ayurvedic treatments as well as inhalations in the sea climate cabin or the Dead Sea salt grotto are part of the overall offer. Therapy, massage, beauty and sports applications are individually tailored to your needs.
Children
