Location
The holiday cabin is ideally located! Located in the heart of the Lachtal ski and hiking area, yet accessible by car. Its location at the foot of the Lachtal valley makes it the ideal starting point for winter sports enthusiasts, as well as hikers and cyclists. Cross-country ski trails and a toboggan run are in the immediate vicinity. The Lachtal 6-seater chairlift operates on selected days during the summer holidays. Once at the summit, it's the perfect spot for a circular hike with stunning panoramic views. The Aqua Lux Fohnsdorf thermal spa is 30 km away, the Red Bull Ring Spielberg is 35 km away, and the Styrian Mountain Golf Club Mariahof is 20 km away.
Distances
The ski slope is right next to the house, the ski and snowboard school at the valley station is 100 m away, and the cross-country ski trail, floodlit toboggan run, and ice skating rink are in the immediate vicinity. Numerous hiking and biking trails in and around the Lachtal valley are accessible directly from the cabin. Tip: The "Wild Lachtal" adventure trail features 16-19 stations, including water features, tower slides, and a petting zoo. Challenging tours lead to the Hoher Zinken (2,222 m), Groß Hansl (2,315 m), or Hohewart (2,363 m). Try the 27 km mountain bike trail from the Lachtal to the Tauern Wind Park and back via the Gföllgraben! Shops are 100 m away, and inns are 100 m away (open during the season). The mountain huts offer regional cuisine and panoramic terraces, perfect for relaxing. The AquaLux thermal spa is 30 km away, and the golf course is 31 km away. The outdoor swimming pool is 15 km away.
Facilities
The hut has an entrance hall with boot dryer and a toilet on the ground floor. A large living room with a seating area and a couch by the fireplace. A kitchenette with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine is also available. Satellite TV and a bathroom with shower and toilet are also available. Stairs lead to the upper floor, where the entrance hall contains two single beds and satellite TV. Two triple bedrooms with satellite TV. Central heating. In front of the house, there's a garden with a seating area, barbecue grill, and a small playground.
