The cottage is located on a property of 1400m² at the approach road to the Simonhöhe, above the road, on a slope, with a beautiful view to the valley.
Distances
St. Urban 4km, lake Urbansee (reduced entry) in 4km or in 18km Ossiacher lake, skiing region Simonhöhe with 7 drag lifts, 1 ski lift for children and about 12km slopes are reachable by car in about 3km from here. Or you prefer walking, then it´s about 300m to the next slope. Tavern 1km.

Upper floor: 1 three-bed room with balcony, 1 four-bed room. Heating via tiled stove and electrically. In front of the hut is a garden with seats and a barbecue.
