Location
The cottage is located next to a barn and above a rarely inhabited alpine cabin in a secluded, peaceful area with a wonderful view onto the Hochkönigmassiv. Reachable by car in summer. In winter snow chains are required.
Distances
Next town Högmoos with shops and a bakery in 5km or Taxenbach in 10km. Skiing area Zell am See/Kaprun 15km, wonderful area for ski touring and toboggan possibilites starting in front of the cottage! Swimming pool 11km, swimming lake 15km, indoor swimming pool, tennis court, golf course and horse riding within 12km.
Facilities
This cottage with local flavour has on the ground floor a snuggery with kitchenette with wood stove, oven and gas cooker. Chilly cellar room for storing food stuff. Bathroom with shower/toilet. 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each. Via a ladder you get from the snuggery into the about 140cm high attic floor which has enough space for up to 4 persons. Warm water you get from the boiler, solar electricity 12 volt. In front of the cottage you can enjoy the wonderful alpine landscape. There is also a well, a barbecue, sunbeds and seats.

Local tax currently EUR 1,20/person/night, wood EUR 30,-/week, gas EUR 5,-/week, pets EUR 30,-/week. Bed linen EUR 7,-/set if required.
