Location
The cabin is located in the center of Salzburg (federal state), about 1km above the mountain village Alpendorf, very secluded, surrounded by meadows. The Alpendorf belongs to the town St. Johann and is the first entry point to Ski amadé in winter. Very modern cable cars transport you into the biggest skiing area in Austria, cross-county ski runs at the Salzachtal (valley) and a 3km long high-altitude cross-country run on 1,600m. Illuminated toboggan runs and the program of the Alpendorf-Aktiv-Club completes the range of services. But also in summer there are a range of leisure time activities. There is a tennis court, the famous Liechtensteinklamm (ravine), the cable car to the Gernkogel, a lot of hiking trails to farmed huts, as well as numerous attractions from climbing walls to go-kart tracks.
Distances
A slope that leads to the skiing area Alpendorf-Wagrain-Flachau (Ski Amadé) is just 250m above the cottage. The Alpendorf you reach either on foot (500m) or with your car (1.5km). The Alpendorf offers aprés ski, taverns, shops. Swimming bath 4km, swimming lake 10km. Hiking trails start directly in front of the cottage. The town Sankt-Johann, a very attractive and traditional holiday region, is just 4.5km from here. Anyway, the cottage is located at the beginning of the Großarltal (valley), the "valley of the alps".

Ground floor: living room with seating corner, kitchen with electric cooker, oven, fridge and coffee machine, television and exit to the sun terrace. 1 bedroom with bunk bed and pathway to bedroom with double bed and bunk bed. Shower/toilet. Basement floor: 1 big double room, shower, toilet and out-of-doors exit. In front of the cottage are meadows and a sun terrace with a wide view. Please bring along your own bed linen and towels. Expenses for electricity, final cleaning and local tourism tax are included in the price.
