Location
Centrally located in the skiing and hiking area Dachstein-West, on a high plateau, nearby the ski lifts. In summer enjoy the natural quietness at a BBQ while your adventorous youngsters set up their own tent. In winter accessible by ski lift, the owner helps you with your lugguage. In summer can be reached by car (one car only) via a 4 km long unpaved forest road. 4 return rides included in cabin rental, every other ascent/descent 22,80 EUR. The location near a highmoor makes the air fresh and enriches it with a lot of oxigene, so the cabin is ideal for asthmatics!
Distances
Direct access to skiing area on skis. Next guest house just 150 m away (in winter), Central station in 100m distance in front of the hut. Ski school and cross-country skiing trail within 700 m. Shopping facility in the village, 5 km. In summer this place is ideal for beautiful hiking tours and excursions to the lakes of Gosau. And there is a lake 400 m above the hut.

Ground floor: Living room with seating corner, sofa, satellite TV, electric cooker, wood stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine. 1 double room, sauna, exit out-of-doors. Upper floor: four-bed room (double bed and extendable sofa) with balcony, small double room, shower, toilet. Heating with wood stove and electrically. In front of the cottage is a garden with seats, a barbecue, a well and a wonderful view onto the high plateau. Firewood and charcoal briquets are included in the price. We ask you to do not smoke inside the cottage!

Electricity EUR 0,30/kwh and sewerage EUR 4,37/m³ according to consumption, local tax currently EUR 2,-/person/night (up to 16 years free of charge), linen set (beds/towel) EUR 10,-/person. Final cleaning EUR 55,-. Deposit EUR 250,-.
