Property composed of main house and outbuilding 3.5 km from the centre of Werfenweng, on the outskirts, 12 km from the centre of Bischofshofen, 40 km from the centre of Salzburg, in a quiet, sunny position, 10 m from the edge of the forest, 5 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside.

Climbing, hiking, electrocab available in town. Sights größte Eishöhle der Welt in Werfen, Erlebnisburg Hohenwerfen, Sound of Music Trail, nature reserve. Access: motorway A10, exit number 43 "Werfen" 13 km from Werfenweng. The ideal starting point for lovers of ballads, mountain hiking and climbing. Paragliding center in the "Bischling". The village center is a car-free area, relaxation and ecomobility prevailing there.
