The hut is in a quiet area on the edge of a large meadow, above the village of St. Jakob / Breitenau.
Distances
Next place to go shopping 4km, inn 1,5km, hiking trails from the hut, next ski "Teichalm" with 3 lifts 15km.
Facilities
The rustic cottage consists of a snuggery with tiled stove, sofa, wood stove, oven and dining table. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Upper floor: at the staircase are 2 single beds, behind it is a double room. Heating with tiled stove, hot water from a wood stove, no electricity, for lightning you have to use kerosene lamps. In front of the hut is a small garden with a sun terrace, a fireplace, some seats and a wonderful view! Firewood is available, but please bring along your own bed linen.
