The cabin is located on the edge of the woods, on a sun deck next to a smaller Alpine cabin (which can be rented only in summer "KVO-SBG). In winter (when there is snow) accessible up to about 300 m (baggage transfer by cabin owner) - in summer directly accessible by car (steep gravel road).
Distances
St. Martin im Lammertal with shops, cafes, restaurants 2km. Seepark-Naturerlebnisbad 2km, tennis court at 1,5km, golf course 15km. Skiing Salzburger Sportwelt 15km, Dachstein-West 10km, toboggan run 4km. In summer the swimming pool and tennis court lure in 1,5km, golf course 15km. The region offers countless marked hiking and biking trails to managed pastures!

Sitting area, passage in cozy Stüberl with couch corner, stove. 1 double room, 1 small twin room, shower cubicle, WC. Entrance to the upper floor, where under the attic are 2 triple rooms. Heating with comfortable pellet stove or electric. W-LAN available. In front of the cottage large terrace with barbecue and sunbathing area.
