The hut is situated above Murau, in a forest clearing, in a very quiet, secluded location with a beautiful view!

Nearest shopping centre Murau 4km, Kreischberg ski area 12km, Grebenzen 10km, Frauenalpe 10km. Laßnitz swimming pond 4km. Many hiking possibilities from the hut. Tip: Visit the Holzwelt in Murau, the largest wood experience centre. Here you can take part in wood walks in the summer months.
