The house stands alone, surrounded by 3 hectares own ground, where you have a fish pond and an old water mill. The access road ends at the house.
Distances
Zederhaus 3km or St. Michael with shops, restaurants 17km, ski-Großeck Speiereck 17km, 20km Katschberg, ideal base for ski touring from hut. Cross-country ski-tracks in about 300m from here. Riedingtal, a nature park with a healthy mountain climate and in summer alpine pastures and quiet mountain lakes, can be reached at 2km.

Wi-Fi for free. Laundry room with washing machine, shower, toilet. Upper floor: 2 double rooms, 1 single room, toilet, shower. 2nd floor: 2 double rooms with balcony. Upper floor: Depending on the wind direction, you could hear the highway in about 700m distance from here. Wood central heating. Freezer available. In front of the house are a rivulet, a fish pond with fishing hut, seats (arbour) and a barbecue. Perfect for children!
