VISION AND AWAKENING– 150 YEARS OF THE VIENNA WORLD EXHIBITION
150 years ago the world exhibition took place in Vienna. It was the driving force behind the development of Vienna into a cosmopolitan city. Even today the city benefits from the achievements of that time. A journey through time into the past and into the future of Vienna.
Art was one of the defining themes of the World Exhibition in 1873 and is still to date. Experience Vienna's cultural diversity in 2023.
