Your bike tour

Day 1:
Individual arrival in Bad Ischl. Handover of the documents at the hotel in Bad Ischl.
If you want to do something in Bad Ischl, you have many different options: with the panoramic cable car to the local mountain Katrin with a 7-lake view hike. The Eurothermenresort Bad Ischl invites you to relax and unwind. Or a short hike to the Siriuskogel, where you can enjoy delicacies in the famous restaurant with a fantastic view from the terrace. Overnight stay in a 4* hotel in Bad Ischl.
Day 2:
Bad Ischl – Thalgau, ~47 km, elevation gain/descent: 282 m / 218 m
The bike tour starts in Bad Ischl and continues via Pfandl and Radau to St. Wolfgang am Wolfgangsee. You take the boat from St. Wolfgang to the Mozart village of St. Gilgen. A short, steep climb over the Scharfling - past the Krottensee - takes you to the Mondsee. Continue on the cycle path to Thalgau. Overnight stay in Thalgau.
Day 3:
Thalgau–Seekirchen, ~48 km, elevation gain/descent: 315 m / 342 m
From Thalgau via Mondsee you reach Irrsee along a beautiful cycle path. The path takes you along the left bank of the lake to the end of the lake to Oberhofen - further to Neumarkt - and around the Wallersee to Seekirchen. Overnight stay at Lake Wallersee.
Day 4:
Wallersee - Eugendorf - Salzburg, ~20 km, elevation gain/descent: 65 m / 158 m
Today we go from Wallersee to Eugendorf and along the former Ischler Bahn route to Bergheim and finally to the city of Salzburg.
Discover the city of Mozart with many highlights such as the Hohensalzburg Fortress, the old town or the Mirabell Garden. Overnight stay in Salzburg.
Day 5:
Individual departure or extra nights.
If you have enough time left and would like to spend the day in Salzburg, you have a variety of options: Hangar 7 - which houses the collection of historic Flying Bulls aircraft and Formula 1 racing cars, Salzburg Zoo or the water features in Hellbrunn, or one of the many historic churches.

General information
The bike tours do not present any technical difficulties; there are only a few slopes! However, some physical fitness and the will for endurance are a prerequisite, as well as cycling equipment such as closed sneakers, backpack, sun and rain protection, functional clothing, jacket and sweater, etc. The routes are easily navigable with trekking bikes - they mostly lead on asphalted cycle paths, with a few routes also on gravel roads and forest paths. If you ever want to spend a quieter day, you can of course cover part of the route by public transport such as bus, train or boat.
