Description
The House of Music invites you on a musical journey of discovery in a unique way. On four levels and with numerous interactive elements and installations, you can experiment with sound phenomena or get to know the great masters of classical music. Get exciting insights into the history and tradition of Viennese music,
such as the Vienna Philharmonic, which was founded here in the building more than 180 years ago.
Interactive exhibition areas such as the virtual reality sound laboratory "Sonotopia Lab" or the "Virtual Conductor" offer the unique opportunity to become musically active yourself. Roll your own waltz, hear your own name as an original Mozart composition and conduct the world-famous Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra.
